Design Director, Principal

Brent is a Design Director and Studio Leader for Gensler’s Denver office. His diverse portfolio of award-winning work reflects his passion for uncovering inherent harmonies between architecture and site, and the people who experience them. As a Regional Design Leader, Brent inspires Gensler professionals to pursue design excellence in everything they do, while exceeding clients’ expectations. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has been recognized consistently for his innovative vision and leadership. His projects have been published widely, and his accolades include one of the industry’s highest honors, a 2014 AIA Institute Honor Award for the design of the Jackson Hole Airport. Brent serves on the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce Aviation Coalition Committee, the ULI Denver Building Healthy Places Committee, and is an active member of the AIA Colorado Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
