Jim offers expertise in the design and delivery of high-security facilities for government agencies, defense organizations and other groups requiring increased security. With a deep knowledge of the challenges the Defense & Aerospace industry faces, Jim is adept at developing solutions and real estate strategies that meet the organizations’ needs. He is also a recognized expert in developing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) projects and other facilities that include anti-terrorism/force protection requirements. He co-authored the “Introduction to Sensitive Information Facility Facilities (SCIF) Construction” course for Maryland State Community Colleges. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, NAIOP, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
