Known for an infectious enthusiasm that inspires colleagues and clients alike, Richard applies a comprehensive understanding of how users occupy space to increase the performance of their businesses. He serves as a Principal and Studio Leader in Gensler’s London office, directing a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of mixed-use developments, commercial office buildings, life sciences projects and corporate campuses in London and beyond. A seasoned technical architect with a focus on building repositioning, Richard’s portfolio features many high-profile projects across the U.K., Europe and the Middle East. To ensure his clients’ success, Richard involves himself at every project stage – from consultant coordination and contract administration through to project management and site supervision. He earned a B.A., with Honours, in Architecture from Kingston University and a Diploma in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. Richard is also a Member of the British Council for Offices (BCO).
