About.com: Brand Design

In a collaborative effort, Gensler worked closely with online search company, About.com, to lead a highly cohesive environmental graphic design and wayfinding program that incorporates prominent branding elements throughout the company’s workspace. Working within the confines of a modest budget, Gensler’s Brand Design team developed a custom design solution that integrates text and icons from About.com’s website to reflect its online organizational structure and culture and to encourage collaboration among employees. Through the creative and effective use of materials, finishes, and bold and whimsical graphics, Gensler successfully fulfilled About.com’s design vision and budgetary goals.
