Bayer Canada

Mississauga, Canada

Working closely with the client in light of the latest workplace trends, Gensler designed Bayer’s new Canadian headquarters to incorporate a variety of workspaces able to support a range of work modes while significantly reducing the company’s real estate costs. Offices, workstations and meeting rooms are complemented by benching, huddle rooms and various breakout areas. By lowering workstation panels, maximizing glass and increasing natural light, the innovative space allows the company’s more than 20 distinct user groups to maintain the segregation they need while offering numerous opportunities for collaboration. Improved branding unifies the workplace and helps Bayer project a consistent, professional image.
