In line with the Research Park’s overall purpose, this renovated facility now fosters more collaboration and offers a greater range of amenities, including a conferencing center and multiple food-service options. To capture the essence of Bayer’s culture, the design plays off the motto: “mind of a scientist, heart of a farmer,” blending sleek, modern finishes with warm, natural materials. The result is a cutting-edge life-sciences technology center rooted in the pragmatic values of the agricultural community.
