Reforma 10

Mexico City, Mexico

To demonstrate the potential of this central site on the bustling Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City’s media and business hub, Gensler created a mixed-use concept that dynamically combines office space, retail, residential, a hotel and parking into one elegant tower. Taking an inside-out design approach, the team entered floorplate sizes and program information into modeling software that helped “extrude” the building’s unique massing. Hotel and residential suites enjoy spectacular views from the penthouse floors, while office spaces occupy flexible, larger floorplates below. Rising dramatically from the plaza, the triangular retail podium creates an inviting public area and an opportunity for high-visibility digital signage.
