Reunion Tower Observation Deck and Café

Dallas, Texas

How do you turn an aging landmark into a leading tourist attraction? That was Gensler’s challenge in renovating Dallas’s iconic Reunion Tower Observation Deck and café. The GeO-Deck does just that, offering dramatic, unobstructed panoramic views of Dallas along with 52 linear feet of interactive displays – from moments in Dallas’ history to real-time, high-definition views of the city. Cloud Nine, the renovated restaurant, offers an equally dramatic dining experience, with its revolving floor, illuminated bar and sculptural cloud ceiling whose plasma screens project visually engaging digital weather patterns. This city landmark has been remade as a splendid gift to its city.
