Janie Horas

Janie brings over 25 years of project leadership experience that includes complex and large-scale projects such as The Palazzo Tower, Block Leader for Vdara on the CityCenter project in Las Vegas, and design management with Disney for the expansion of Disneyland and the Grand California Hotel. As a Studio Leader in the Gensler Las Vegas office, Janie oversees design teams for projects across several practice areas, with a special focus on hospitality, retail, and entertainment clients. Janie partners closely with her clients and studio team members to foster existing and new relationships and deliver successful projects. In her previous role as the Studio Director during the opening of Gensler’s Bangkok office, she was responsible for collaborating with several of our Asia offices as well as teams across the firm. Her background in facilities management and hotel operations gives Janie a unique perspective during the design and construction process and has built her a reputation for being a great client advocate throughout all phases of a project.
