Promoting new and innovative ways of working, American Water's new headquarters consolidates several locations for increased efficiency and an enhanced employee experience. The new workplace enjoys proximity to downtown Philadelphia and is part of a vibrant mixed-use development on the Camden Waterfront. Spanning 250,000 square feet, the five floors are connected with a meandering communicating stair. Given its unique location, public access to the waterfront and promenade is available through the building's pass-through lobby.
