Bloc[83] Tower II

Bloc[83] Tower II is the first mixed-use building in an expanding area on the edge of downtown Raleigh, featuring nine levels of office space above retail and restaurant tenants. Adjacent to One Glenwood, the project scope also includes creating an activated urban courtyard with pockets of landscape to help clearly define circulation, seating, and active outdoor space. The courtyard, along with an amenity space provides tenants with a unique and private experience to socialize, host meetings and events, work in alternative environments, and more.
