CBRE at UTC

CBRE's new creative workplace is an innovative, free-address, and paperless headquarters located within the dynamic mixed-use environment at Westfield UTC. CBRE's goal was to create the go-to meeting space for every real estate transaction in San Diego. Leveraging hospitality centered design strategies coupled with innovative workspaces, the workplace provides a new benchmark for the commercial real estate industry. Reinforcing CBRE's Workplace 360 strategy, the office design promotes collaboration, focus, and mobility within an open space. A soaring concierge space known as "The Heart" provides an oasis, serving as a gathering space for the office. Trickling pendants from the concierge desk lead through The Heart to the far end of the office, activating the opposite end of the floor in a shared immersive experience.
