Relocating to Level 29 of the new 177 Pacific Highway office tower gave CBRE North Sydney the opportunity to reinvent the way they work and give employees a new home that would reflect a distinctly North Sydney lifestyle. The result is a space that is true to the character of the North Shore — calm, relaxing, light-filled, and stress-free — yet is also a flexible workplace fully equipped to support a productive, efficient, high-performing operation. The relocation meant co-locating CBRE North Sydney’s previously separate residential and commercial teams under one roof for the first time. Merging the needs and cultures of these two different teams in the same environment in a way that simultaneously strengthened operational effectiveness for both was key to the success of the project.
