Meta – Gurgaon, India

Gurgaon, National Capital Region, India

Meta’s Gurgaon workspace was conceptualized as an interpretation of the surrounding “developing” Gurgaon city (now Gurugram), where modern buildings stand tall amidst small villages. Staggered enclosed spaces, with boldly colored facades, are a subtle interpretation of the area’s old city houses, and appear to burst out throughout the contemporary office space. The combination of soft and hard flooring with colored patterns on the floor depicts street art and is also expressed on the walls as graffiti. Exposed concrete flooring, ceiling, wood finish, art installations, and wall graphics speak to the varied experiences of the city itself. The flexible layout of the workplace captures the chaos of the unplanned city while aligning with Meta’s modus vivendi.
