Hoffman Construction

Seattle, Washington

As the builder of iconic structures, this client's construction process relies heavily on form driven by program and function, as well as digital integration. When the time came to design their own 10,000-square-foot office, they challenged Gensler to take a similar approach to define their most treasured space: their war room...central hub...think tank...hash-it-out zone...the heart of their office. By incorporating digital tools to help cut down both construction time and costs, and by challenging traditional processes, Gensler successfully designed their space in four weeks, and they successfully built it in seven.
