Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of Sunstone's mission. The hotel investment company partnered with Gensler to create a new headquarters that truly speaks to the core of its business. To recreate a high-end hotel experience, the design team emphasized intricate attention to detail, lighting, and views and worked closely with Sunstone’s hospitality vendors to ensure a level of comfort and consistency. Tailored furniture and millwork, rugs, and lighting tie back to the investment firm’s luxury hotel brands. In the concierge-style reception area, a finely sculpted stone reception desk and an intricate millwork feature wall lead to a welcoming library for visitors and investors. The office opens up to stunning views of the surrounding coastal hills, mountains, and the Great Park, flooding the space with ample natural light.
