As part of its rebranding program, this well-respected engineering firm wanted its new headquarters in a downtown office tower where it could demonstrate its creativity and innovativeness while providing employees a collaborative and healthy workplace. Comprising 74,000 square feet, the firm’s three floors are purposefully connected by an interior stair that incorporates tension monitoring to illustrate engineering principles. Modern touches include floors of stained concrete and exposed ceilings. Generous use of glass maximizes daylight and views and furthers the space’s sustainable vision.
