Xenia

Orlando, Florida

After years of continued growth, Xenia was looking for a new space that would enhance the way its employees work, and better support both company culture and their mission as a hospitality-focused REIT. The design is informed by the diverse experiences available in resort and hospitality projects, and organized around the concept that each new destination — offices, work bullpens, conference rooms, collaboration zones and break rooms — should be accessible in 50 steps or less. Many of these destinations are expressed as dynamic disruptions within the workplace environment, while branding and wayfinding double as storytelling breadcrumbs that connect destinations.
