As a Firmwide leader of Gensler's Technology Practice, Randy focuses on helping transform leading-edge clients through new approaches to workplace design, user experience and service delivery. He currently oversees strategic consulting and workplace design initiatives for a diverse range of industry leaders. Randy questions how workplaces work; he loves to find ways to make space more effective and make people’s work lives better. He has been a featured speaker at several international design conferences and is a regular contributor to the HuffingtonPost, writing about design and urban issues in the Bay Area. He earned a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a M.Arch. from Harvard University.
