Large Project Committee Leader, Project Director, Principal
Susie is a Project Director and Principal who joined Gensler in 2012. A versatile design manager with over 20 years of experience in a variety of project types and across multiple industries, she is especially well known for her expertise in tall building and large-scale developer projects. Susie has led multiple tall building projects of over 300 meters in height.
An excellent communicator, Susie develops long-term relationships with major clients including Lingang Group, Shimao Group, Zhongnan Group, and DAMAC Group. Her detailed approach to project management provides her clients with smart and efficient solutions. As a passionate mentor and project director, she oversees design staffs and rising design managers, seeking to bring the best from the team.
Susie is a China National First-Class Certified Architect and Mid-level Engineer. She now leads Gensler’s Large Project Committee in the Greater China region.
