Tom is a go-to resource in the New York real estate industry for building evaluations and phased, complex projects. Tom plays a critical role on corporate headquarters projects in new buildings, working closely with the base building and interiors teams. He has performed building design consultation services on high-profile projects such as The New York Times Building, Bank of America Tower, 7 Bryant Park and many more. A member of Gensler’s Firmwide Design Synergy Leadership, Tom collaborates with other Design Discipline leaders to explore and develop integrated design and delivery strategies for our firm. Additionally, Tom is focused on talent development for the Northeast and Latin America Regions, mentoring young professionals via real-life project situations and through the development of comprehensive, multidisciplinary, in-house learning programs. Tom’s work has been featured in prominent publications including Oculus, Metropolis and Interior Design.
