As developer of this new 26-story, mixed-use tower in rapidly changing downtown San Francisco, Tishman Speyer sought to develop a brand positioning program that would convey the building’s unique attributes and appeal to top technology and professional services firms. Complemented by a robust, sophisticated website consistent across multiple platforms, the identity system showcases the building’s features – from building technology and sustainable design to floor plans and views – and give insight into the surrounding neighborhood, including residences, dining, parks and transportation alternatives.
