To address continuous campus growth and expansion, the design team collaborated with the client to implement a free address concept. Each floor has a centralized “coworking” lounge with a pantry, meeting spaces, and gaming that connects to two sides of the floor plate. The design of graphic elements and the materiality throughout the workspace pay homage to Austin’s unique aesthetic, and the space features murals and installations by local artists. The Bistro is a campus destination with a food-truck inspired concept featuring elements of the historically significant Moonlight Towers in Austin. Celebrating this client’s brand and legacy, the lobby displays a captivating two-story credit card sculpture that represents Austin’s famous Congress Bridge nightly bat exodus.
