McCann partnered with Gensler to not only create a workspace that was conducive to collaboration and creative thinking but to further enhance the client and employee experience. McCann US Health and McCann Health New Jersey decided to relocate their New Jersey office in order to cultivate an “idea lab” environment for their clients and employees alike. The workplace embodies the identity and branding of their parent company by incorporating warm and cool color accents with natural materials to establish a homelike feeling. Varying colors by floor helps to differentiate the two co-located operations. A shared client facing “idea lab” creates an agile and adaptable presentation room for large meetings and events. McCann Health’s relocation enables both divisions to focus on the client and employee experience, while fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
