Seven Bryant Park

Working with world-renowned developer Hines, Gensler developed a strategic branded marketing program for Seven Bryant Park, a Pei Cobb Freed & Partners-designed office tower located in Midtown Manhattan. Inspired by the building’s distinctive silhouette and unique address, Gensler created a sleek, sophisticated and memorable brand identity for the high-end development. Included in the brand marketing program is a newly designed website, featuring downloadable test fits, fact sheets and renderings, as well as branded templates for digital presentations and a custom pocket folder to house a variety of marketing collateral.
