The Finance Centre Tower
Manila, Philippines
The Finance Centre tower is Daiichi Properties’ latest addition to the Fort Bonifacio Global City skyline. With 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use program, the 44-story tower features two floors of retail, a health and wellness amenity floor, 31 floors of office workspace, and a penthouse-level executive office. A unitized, glass-and-aluminum curtain wall system works in concert with other sustainable design strategies, including building orientation; high-efficiency, modular VRF mechanical systems; and rainwater and graywater harvesting to target a goal of LEED® Gold certification. Set in the capital’s emerging central business district, the tower’s offices are expected to house local tech industry tenants, such as the KPO and BPO firms fueling the country’s economic expansion.
