Austin, Texas

Located in the center of Austin’s “New Downtown” district, this 29-story Class AA office building captures the character of Austin and connects to the outdoors. Austin’s first LEED® Platinum tower, it has 26 interconnected loft-style floors that allow for a variety of workplace environments. The building has 11 outdoor balconies and an all-accessible roof terrace with views of Lady Bird Lake and the Texas Hill Country, granting the greatest outdoor amenity to the entire building. The unique terraced shape of the building provides a variety of office level types and outdoor connections. It also includes double-height ground-level retail with outdoor seating and views of Shoal Creek, creating a kind of mixed-use development that distinguishes it from the older office buildings in the area.
