Amanda Ramos, ACMP

Not-for-Profit Practice Area Leader, Principal

In today’s business environment, where the word “innovation” is often overused, Amanda helps her clients navigate the often clichéd term to affect real substantive and effective change. Through nearly 20 years of experience, she has developed organizational programs, campus master plans, workplace prototypes, innovation adoption campaigns and change accelerators across virtually every industry sector, from not-for-profit institutions to Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Ericsson, GSK, Nokia, the Foundation Center, Acumen, the Ford Foundation and the Nonprofit Finance Fund. Having developed a keen understanding of the purpose-driven employee and the impact physical space can have on experience, Amanda works closely with Chief Innovation Officers (CINOs), Chief People Officers (CPOs) and interdisciplinary teams to employ a collaborative and creative process that produces demonstrable results. She is currently a Firmwide Leader for Gensler’s Not-for-Profit Practice Area and holds degrees in architecture and building science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
