Robert Siegel, AIA, NCARB

Design Director, Government Practice Area Leader

Robert is a recognized expert in the design of complex public and civic buildings. His work has received numerous awards from the AIA and GSA, and he has been published in Architectural Record, Architecture, Eco-Structure, GSA White Book, Metropolitan Home and New American Luxury, among others. He is featured in Vision + Voice: Land Port of Entry and Sustainability and Democratic by Design: Guiding Principles for Federal Architecture. Robert is a GSA National Peer Reviewer for Design Excellence and has served on several AIA Design Award juries. He has taught at Columbia University, Syracuse University, NJIT, Parsons and Pratt and lectured at MIT, Auburn, Maryland and Roger Williams Universities. Robert was Chair of the NY AIA Committee on the Environment and has delivered seminars on sustainable design to the AIA, the U.S. Green Building Council and numerous public agencies. He holds a B.Arch. from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Building Design from Columbia University.
