A Firmwide Leader of Gensler’s Landlord Services Practice Area with more than 16 years experience in architecture and real estate development, Scott has honed a specialization in building repositioning, helping clients maximize their ROI by melding real estate strategy, industry trends, tenant-driven demands and quality design implementation. Having worked with with renowned building owners such as Boston Properties, Empire State Realty Trust, JEMB Realty, Philips International, TIAA-CREF and PMC, Scott’s projects have been honored with international MIPIM awards, as well as national urban and architectural design awards. Scott’s real estate industry involvement extends beyond his project work: He is active in NAIOP’s New York City Chapter and actively purchases and develops income properties. Scott holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University; a Bachelors in Architecture from Hobart College; and studied architecture in Florence, Italy, through Syracuse University.
