Studio Director, Principal

In addition to his roles as a Studio Director and Principal in Gensler’s Morristown, N.J., office, Steve serves as the firm’s Northeast Regional Sciences Practice Area Leader. In these capacities he applies 30 years of experience and insight in the design of pharmaceutical and life sciences workplaces to identify emerging trends and drivers that impact his clients’ business strategy and help foster innovation. By strategically evaluating the challenges his clients face, Steve provides comprehensive solutions that truly add value. His project portfolio includes BASF’s North American headquarters, Bayer’s East Coast headquarters, and the U.S. headquarters of Siemens, Honeywell and Pinnacle Foods. Steve also leads the Morristown office’s gConnect program, mentoring next-generation client relationships leaders. He is a registered architect in nine states and is a member of the NAIOP New Jersey Chapter, CoreNet New Jersey Chapter, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the International Facilities Management Association and the United Way Commercial Real Estate Committee for Morris County. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
