Alison is a Design Director and Senior Associate in the Gensler Raleigh office. She brings a diverse design background through her 15+ years of experience working on corporate headquarters, technology campuses, and hospitality projects. Alison is a highly enthusiastic and collaborative designer with a passion for the holistic design process. She is a proven leader in the design and technical sides of projects, managing vision sessions and programming efforts, as well as working through details during the design process. Her extensive experience designing workplaces for clients such as Bandwidth and Smith Anderson has provided the opportunity to bridge her local market knowledge with global resources to find the best solution for each client's needs.
