As a Design Director, Brian leads dynamic, collaborative teams committed to developing design processes for clients’ aspirational goals. With 17 years of vast design experience spanning multiple continents, scales, and project types. Brian has completed projects ranging from small-scale buildings to city defining urban developments and master plans. This diverse design experience affords an understanding and awareness that each project presents its own unique complexities. Brian embraces challenges and finds ways to accomplish the unconventional and unique designs he’s known for. He takes pride in his work and continually strives to improve project delivery and exceed expectations. These dynamic qualities make him a consummate team player who works to build and maintain strong relationships with his teams and clients.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brian is a committed community steward, serving as the Executive Board President of Saddle Up!, an organization dedicated to empowering children and youth with different abilities, by providing access to opportunities to grow through equine-assisted therapeutic experiences. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) as well as the Governance Committee of (NAIOP). Brian earned his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Ball State University.
