Gregory Plavcan, LEED AP BD+C, Assoc. AIA

Gregory is a Sustainability Director who leads Gensler’s Washington D.C. resilience strategy team. He has worked as a sustainability consultant since 2006, with certification of over 100 LEED projects ranging in size from a 2,000-square-foot branch bank to a 1.1 million-square-foot government office with simultaneous LEED Core & Shell and Interior Design projects. Gregory guides clients to meet business objectives using environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable strategies. He is an active educator at Gensler and within the real estate community for local green code requirements. He is an advocate for organizational wellbeing and designs that help improve the lives of occupants as well as the environment.
