Joseph is a Co-Managing Director of the New York office and embodies Gensler’s philosophy that diversity fosters innovation. He has led large-scale campus and base building assignments for developers such as SL Green, Commonwealth Partners, and Triple 5. His technical background also makes him a sought-after expert in trading environments and data centers. Joe’s notable projects include 601 Lexington, 25 Kent, American Dream, One Soho Square, and WarnerMedia’s New York headquarters. Joe has served in a number of Gensler leadership roles, including Studio Director, Regional Training & Education Leader, and Management Committee member with oversight for the firm’s design and delivery. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Construction Specifications Institute, and the U.S. Green Building Council. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Engineering News Record, Architect, Architectural Record, and Interior Design. Joe serves on the Board for ACE Mentor Programs NYC Chapter, the Make-A-Wish NY Real Estate Council, and the Salvadori Center. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology.
