He is a go-to resource for market expertise to developers, landlords, and tenants helping position properties to maximize rents, accelerate leasing, and develop creative headquarters. Joe’s high-profile projects include 25 Kent, 601 Lexington Avenue, 399 Park Avenue, the FIAO Il Centro Community Center, and American Dream. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Construction Specifications Institute, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Joe serves on the Board for ACE Mentor Programs NYC Chapter, the Make-A-Wish NY Real Estate Council, and the Salvadori Center. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology.
