Madeleine is a global leader in the Industrial & Logistics practice at Gensler as well as a Project Director. Her strong leadership skills, coupled with her experience in stakeholder management, allows Madeleine to create robust briefs and creative concept solutions. With a focus on interpreting the needs and priorities of her clients, she is commercially aware and delivers innovative, long-lasting solutions that align with clients’ bespoke requirements.

Her experience designing responsive, process-driven solutions across industrial, logistics, maker spaces, and large-scale catering solutions, makes her a trusted advisor to our clients and a leader on projects across the firm’s growing portfolio. Leveraging her industrial and logistics experience, Madeleine works on projects of all scales and across all stages within the education, residential, social enterprises, and commercial sectors. Madeleine also guides clients in the delivery of factory digital twins and strives to create sustainable solutions in the physical environment while supporting client needs in virtual environments.
