American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog

New York, New York

Centered around the relationship between humans and dogs, American Kennel Club’s (AKC) Museum of the Dog activates the AKC’s mission with a visitor experience that educates, engages, and entertains. The architectural design was created to support the museum’s extensive collection of canine-related art and artifacts. Spanning more than 14 feet, rotating black steel art display walls help create infinite layouts that can be changed for different exhibits — making each visit to the museum feel new and unique. Digital touchpoints are integrated throughout, encouraging visitors to interact with kiosks and communal table surfaces. From exploring breeds to training a virtual puppy, these hands-on activities bring the brand to life.
