Bank of the West

Bank of the West sought to improve their headquarters bank branch to enhance the experience of their customers as well as to integrate brand standards that reflect their new partnership with BNP Paribas, an international banking institution with European roots. With its entrance facing the bustling intersection, there was an opportunity to incorporate visually impactful environmental graphics that celebrate the partnership of Bank of the West and BNP Paribas. A large media wall with scrolling images of the bank’s marketing campaign adds movement and texture for people walking or driving by, while providing a sense of the bank’s identity. A transparent facade draws pedestrians into the well-lit branch, greeting them with a curvilinear wall that connects the immediate “Explore Area” near the entrance to the main banking area, unifying the tri-leveled space.
