Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG) engaged Gensler to re-assess future occupancy and relocate more than 700 employees to a new office tower in downtown Toronto. Tasked with improving workplace flexibility, functionality, and space efficiency, Gensler designed a space to support the hospitality culture of BLG for both clients and employees. New coffee lounges are situated on each floor to enhance corporate culture and encourage cross-pollination. The space also features a large conference floor to host events of all sizes. With an emphasis on technology, modularity, and the ease of reconfiguration, BLG’s new office addresses current needs while allowing the firm to adapt to the evolving landscape of the legal industry.
