Gensler’s design concept celebrates the unique qualities of the Adriatic landscape and culture. The history of human intervention on this land over thousands of years inspired the landscaping—a variety of pools and gardens that terrace up the hillside, defining active places and intimate moments. The project was created through the close collaboration between Gensler’s specialist hospitality architects, master planners and landscape architects. Nestled into pine forests typical for the region, the resort is comprised of a 125-key, five-star luxury hotel and amenities, 28 branded residences, 31 private villas and 38 residence villages with associated retail and public spaces. This resort represents a game changer for tourism in the region.
