ExxonMobil Corporation

Spring, Texas

This new home for 10,000 employees of ExxonMobil’s upstream, downstream, and chemicals companies is a highly innovative campus designed to provide the tools and resources that enhance employee collaboration, innovation, and well-being. Extensive research and benchmarking helped identify best practices from the world’s top facilities. Gensler served as architect of record for the new campus, and also designed the interiors for a number of its buildings, including world-class training and meeting facilities, a state-of-the-art wellness center, and a variety of on-site dining options. Gensler mobilized an internal team of 1,000 people, including 48 who were on-site full-time, as well as 500 professionals from 29 sub-consultants, to deliver this LEED Gold-certified project.
