From campaign conceptualization to design and associated collateral implementation, Gensler undertook the entire process of creating this holiday pop-up shop for Heifer International, a nonprofit that seeks to eradicate hunger and poverty through farm animal donations. To attract a younger, next-gen gift giver, the shop evoked a “grassroots” feel, with an agriculturally inspired wood structure as its basis. Initially, copper cowbells were suspended throughout, which – as purchases were made – were replaced by personalized gift tags inscribed with each donor’s reasons for giving. Over its four-week engagement, the display evolved, presenting a striking visual impact and an inspiring message.
