Honeywell Global Headquarters

For years, Honeywell operations were spread across multiple buildings on a 148-acre campus in Morristown. After extensive master plan studies, Honeywell decided to consolidate operations into a single global headquarters facility in Morris Plains. This transformation, informed by a human factors study, came after the occupation of a pilot office space known as the Honeywell Learning Lab. The Learning Lab provided insight into how to improve productivity, well-being and overall work experience with updated technology and amenities. Gensler's design addressed Honeywell's desire for a complete transformation of their workspace and processes with a focus on promoting a "One Honeywell" culture.
