IILM Campus 01

This campus masterplan is the first phase in the phased redevelopment of a 5-acre site. Designed to maximize student capacity and functional efficiency, Phase 1 features two academic buildings totaling 150,000 square feet. Programmatic elements include 70 classrooms, a cafeteria, a student center, and a 200-seat auditorium. The design centers on student well-being and pedagogical flexibility. It utilizes a double-walled brick envelope for superior thermal insulation, complemented by open floor plates, expandable classrooms, and double-height collaboration zones to create an engaging academic environment.
