Rivergate Tower Repositioning Study

Tampa, Florida

The repositioning of Rivergate Tower presents a new front door and forecourt to downtown Tampa, improves the tenant experience and elevates the surrounding urban condition and public amenity spaces. Its precise geometry and layout make it one of the most iconic buildings in Tampa's skyline. However, its entry was hidden and unapproachable for pedestrians, and its distinctive cube-shaped pavilions near Ashley Drive were greatly underutilized. To address this, the team repositioned the property with a clearly defined entryway that celebrates the inherent elegance of the building's architecture.
