Stradley Ronon

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

After a comprehensive audit of their existing space and an extensive stay/go analysis, Stradley Ronon chose to stay at its location and embrace a transformational design that is now evolving how they work. The law firm’s previous five-floor workplace, unchanged for years, was peppered with vacant offices and workstations. Armed with new knowledge and a more efficient space plan, Stradley Ronon was able to reduce their real estate footprint by shedding an entire floor without reducing headcount. Gensler helped them understand new industry standards to shape the strategy of their future workplace.
