Suzhou Zhongnan Center

Upon its completion, the Suzhou Zhongnan Center will stand at 499 meters tall, offering impressive views of Jinji Lake and Suzhou's skyline. The commercial office building features an open ground plane inspired by the Suzhou Garden with a series of interior atriums distributed throughout the space as well as a green roofing system. The fully integrated tower will feature a retail podium, commercial office, hotel, and residential spaces, a two-story observation deck overlooking Suzhou, and an elevator leading to the roof helipad for aerial transportation. In the residential and hotel areas, an innovative system of atriums tucked inside the core will create uniquely themed vertical communities that welcome beautiful natural light delivered by an intelligent fiber optics system.
