T. Rowe Price Owings Mills Building

Building One on T. Rowe Price’s leafy Owings Mills campus is a study in interaction and inspiration. In its recent renovation, the space has been imbued with an abundance of modern workplace planning principles and energizing moments. To address programmatic challenges in accommodating the company’s legal, finance and facilities groups, Gensler created a universal floor plan with a host of standardized elements. Fewer offices and more workstations were complemented by an amenity-filled central zone featuring a variety of gathering areas to facilitate greater interaction. Pops of T. Rowe’s new brand color—a tranquil aqua blue—underscore the calming atmosphere.
