The Barberhood

Sydney, Australia

The Barberhood is a fresh new brand for a barbershop that had been in business for more than 40 years. The community staple is not simply a place for a quick cut; inspired by the concept of brotherhood, it aims to be a place where grooming and lifestyle requirements can be holistically addressed. The space exudes masculinity, with dark, rich-stained timber and recycled brickwork balanced by off-white subway tiles and classic black leather barber chairs. Individual functions are delineated by timber modules that make the most of the space’s small footprint and enhance its urban feel. Warm lighting and crisp product displays complete the customer experience.
