Extensive analysis of UBM’s office utilization enabled Gensler to create an environment custom-designed for the company’s unique ways of working. Numerous flexible work settings situated fluidly across generous floorplates run on an “anywhere, anytime” basis and encourage a culture of collaboration, creativity and agility. Well-being and efficiencies are at the heart of this LEED® Platinum-awarded design, which offset the costs of building a modern facility in a vibrant London location. Meeting UBM’s goal of capturing its spirit in the new workplace is a top-floor event space with exquisite views overlooking the city.
